Ms Kennedy is the CEO of Calocurb Ltd. Prior to this she was the CEO of Designer Textiles International. From 2011 to 2014, she was with Fonterra and held roles as Vice President International Farming based in China, Managing Director of Dairy Nutrition and Managing Director of RD1 - Fonterra's chain of rural retail stores. Prior to that, she had 10 years as Managing Director of Healtheries/Vitaco NZ Limited and during this time she took care of the sales and distribution role for Comvita in NZ. During her time at Healtheries, she oversaw the merger of Healtheries with Nutralife, with taking the business into international markets. She is a veterinarian by training and has held a number of other senior executive positions in agribusiness and food industries. He is a Chair of the Safety and Performance Committee.

Mr David Banfield

Mr Banfield has international experience, and has a passion for turning cultural understanding, consumer insights. Mr Banfield started his career in retail at J Sainsbury plc, before joining Brita, leading their UK and Irish business for 11 years and subsequently, as Global Commercial Director based in Germany. During his time at Brita, David played a key role in growing the business-to-consumer distribution in around 66 countries internationally including making a strategic acquisition of a Taiwan and China based business. He also led their global account business managing the category and brand proposition through key global retailers. In 2014 David joined Methven Group as CEO and led this NZX listed company through significant change including improving company performance of its NZ, Australian, UK and China based distribution business and also led expansion into 15 markets globally. Shortly after joining Methven, David was involved in concluding the acquisition and then integration of a Chinese manufacturing and sales and marketing business based in Guangdong province, China. Methven was eventually sold to ASX listed GWA in April 2019.
