Mr Martin now runs a family office in Western Australia with a focus on investing and supporting emerging private and public businesses and currently holds the position of Executive Chairman of Publicly Listed Suvo Strategic Minerals Limited (ASX SUV) an industrial minerals company with operational mines in Victoria and exploration projects in Western Australia and is also a Non-Executive Director for Parkd Limited (ASX: PKD) a construction technology company that has developed an innovative lightweight concrete modular car par system.

Mr Whybrow has over 25 years' experience in the mining industry both domestically and internationally. Mr Whybrow has worked for companies such as Sons of Gwalia Ltd, PacMin Mining Corporation Ltd, Teck Australia Pty Ltd, Mount Edon Gold Mines (Aust) Pty Ltd and Croesus Mining NL. His experience has been mainly in the operational environment and includes exploration and mining operations, project evaluation and feasibility studies. Previously, Mr Whybrow has worked internationally in Greenland, Austria, Georgia, China, Africa and the Philippines as well as numerous localities throughout Australia. Mr Whybrow was a Director of Noricum Gold Ltd (AIM), Greenland Minerals and Energy Ltd (ASX), Convergent Minerals Ltd (ASX) and Elemental Minerals Ltd (ASX). Jeremy has developed and executed exploration programs in some of the most remote places globally utilizing most exploration technologies. As a founding director of Greenland Minerals and Energy Ltd, Jeremy was involved in conducting the exploration programs that derived the largest rare earth resource globally by international reporting standards.

Mr Leu has over 40 years geological experience and has held managerial roles including Chief Geologist, CEO and Managing Director of ASX listed exploration companies. He has been involved in exploration and mining across a range of mineral commodities within Australia and some Pacific (Fiji, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand), Asian (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Mongolia) and South American (Guyana) countries. He has worked in industry (Freeport, Getty Oil, Sovereign Gold Company, Queensland Ores, and Precious Metal Resources), as a private consultant and for seven years on the academic staff of Macquarie University. Michael has experience in mineral exploration for epithermal and porphyry gold & copper deposits, intrusion-related gold systems, orogenic gold, greisen-hosted molybdenite, wolfram and tin, volcanic-hosted massive sulphides, nickel-cobalt laterites, chromite, uranium, alluvial gold and platinum and a range of industrial minerals including diatomite, kaolin, halloysite, zeolite, bentonite and perlite.
