Mr Tuddenham has more than 40 years experience in IT consulting and is a hands-on technologist with a reputation for delivering practical solutions. Gerry is widely known as a technical specialist in performance tuning, capacity planning and testing in IBM mainframes, with additional expertise in expert systems, transaction processors, middleware and database management systems. Gerry was the lead developer of the Expetune and Expetest utilities, which automate a number of intricate tuning and testing activities. He has worked internationally in a broad range of industries, with a focus on financial services and telecommunications. Gerry is a member of the Finance Committee.

Mr Grimwade is a director of specialist corporate advisory and investment firm Fawkner Capital. Fred was a commercial lawyer and later worked with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and Sydney. He also served as Company Secretary and General Manager of Shareholder Relations at Western Mining Corporation. In 1996, he joined Colonial Mutual as Group Company Secretary and General Manager for Legal Affairs and subsequently became Head of Private Capital for Colonial First State Investments. He was Managing Director of the Colonial Agricultural Company from 1998 to 2006 and a non-executive director of AWB Limited from 2008 to 2010. Fred chairs CPT's Finance Committee.

Mr Sincock has over 19 years' experience. Mr Sincock joins CPT Global from ShineWing Australia (formerly Moore Stephens) where he was a partner. He has held many senior executive positions within Moore Stephens/ShineWing including: member of the Executive Board, Head of Corporate Finance, Head of Transaction Services and Head of Audit and Assurance. Mr Sincock has experience across multiple disciplines: mergers and acquisitions, financial and operational due diligence, capital raising and IPOs, valuations and financial reporting. These services were provided to entities operating in Australia, the UK, Europe, North America and Asia. During his time in audit Mr Sincock was the signing partner on several ASX listed entities. Mr Sincock has had a long working relationship with Mr Gerry Tuddenham and CPT Global having worked on the IPO in 2001 and been the audit partner from 2007 to 2009.

Mr Sandiford had a career in the music and video gaming industries and worked in the UK, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. His senior executive positions included COO of News Music International (a subsidiary of News Corporation), Vice President Global Marketing Polygram Records and President Asia-Pacific for the NASDAQ listed Electronic Arts. After taking early retirement, Nigel has been advising and investing in companies covering various forms of digital development, distribution and disruption and has mentored male and female executives globally, both in corporate and individual businesses, including Google, Facebook, Electronic Arts, Amazon, Apple and Microsoft. Nigel is a member of CPT's Finance Committee.
