Hugh is also an experienced public company director, having held board positions at AMA Group Limited (ASX:AMA), Centrepoint Alliance Limited (ASX:CAF), Hub24 Limited (ASX:HUB) and OAMPS (ASX:OMP). Hugh presently sits on the boards of Maggie Beer Holdings (ASX:MBH), Envirosuite Limited (ASX:EVS) and Touch Ventures Limited (ASX:TVL) due to list on September 29.

Mr Mark Casey

Mr Casey is the managing director of Casey Capital Pty Ltd, a private investment. Mark has knowledge with over 30 years' experience in property development, funds management and investment in early stage technology ventures. Mark Casey is also a director of Massey Pty Ltd which is a property development company and the controlling entity for the Crown Plaza apartments and hotel which opened in October 2008. In addition, Mark Casey was a director of Benalla No 1 Pty Ltd which was placed into voluntary liquidation in 2013. Mark Casey was also a director of Derinwey Pty Ltd which was a property holding entity for his brother. Mark's experience spans 38 years of business and Mark is currently a director of over 200 entities. He is also member of Risk Committee of the Company.

Ms Christian has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, investment, private equity, credit risk and digital media across executive and advisory roles in Australia, the US, China and India. Her career includes more than 15 years as Chief Executive Officer of credit check and receivables management company, Dun & Bradstreet from 1997 to 2013 and as Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet Consumer Credit Services from 2004 to 2013. She co-founded and was a Director of US-based Powerlinx Inc after leaving Dun & Bradstreet. Since then, she has served on numerous boards including as Non-Executive Director of Scottish Pacific Business Finance, ME Bank, Victorian Managed Insurance Authority and as Chairman of Kirwood Capital. Christine is former President of Chief Executive Women and founding Chairman of Business Information Industry Association of Hong Kong and the Middle East. Ms Christian is currently Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director of financial services firm FlexiGroup Limited (ASX: FXL), Non-Executive Director of MaxCap Group, a commercial real estate (CRE) investment manager and Non-Executive Director of Lonsec, an investment rating and research company. Christine also serves on the board of the State Library of Victoria and is a Council Member of the La Trobe University.

Mr Lewis Romano

Mr Romano founded and three businesses before he was 30. He was named on Smart Company Australia's "Hot 30 under 30" list in 2016. After attending Bond University to study Business Entrepreneurship, Lewis gained experience in marketing and sales before founding his first business in bespoke fashion e-commerce. Lewis went on to jointly establish what became Australia's online job site SpotJobs.com. After exiting that business, Lewis turned his focus to the creation of Credit Clear in 2015.

Mr Schenkel has experience as a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group with executive appointments at National Australia Bank, Citigroup and Telstra. He is the founder of UBank and led the digital agenda for Telstra. Most recently, Gerd was the CEO of Tyro Payments and was also appointed to serve on the Federal Government of Australia's task-force for small business digitisation. He is currently a director of Partners in Performance Pty Ltd, a management consultancy, where he leads the digital practice. He is also member of Risk Committee of the Company.

Mr Marcus Colin Price

Mr Price has over 25 years' experience in building businesses. Prior to joining the Credit Clear Marcus was CEO of Property Exchange Australia Ltd (PEXA). He focuses in early stage and competitive market entry financial services businesses involving competitive market analysis, equity structures and financial engineering. Marcus has held senior positions with National Australia Bank as well as the Boston Consulting Group. In addition, he developed and exited financial services businesses as the CEO and Executive Director for both Equifax Pty Limited and Dun & Bradstreet Pty Ltd. He is also member of Risk Committee of the Company.
