He also served as a Director and Company Secretary of Nine Entertainment Co Pty Limited and was Chair of Ninemsn. Mr O'Sullivan brings financial and regulatory expertise to the Board, and was the Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee prior to being appointed as Chair of the Board in 2019. Mr O'Sullivan also provides the Board with insights relating to operations of global companies.

Mr McIntyre has over 25 years of finance and operational experience.
