Mr Lin focuses on high growth branded businesses that are looking to expand globally, and has been part of Bubs Australia board since its listing. He works closely with the team in creating, setting and executing strategic priorities for the business, especially in relation to international markets and vertical integration. He speaks fluent Chinese Mandarin and Japanese. In addition, Mr Lin is co-founder and chairman of Cortina Capital, an independent private equity fund that focuses on investing in health and wellness brands. Mr Lin was appointed as a Non- Executive Director of Buderim Group Limited on 3 November 2017 Executive Director from 1July 2020 and a non-executive director of Synertec Corporation Limited on 20 August 2019. Mr Lin was appointed as a Non- Executive Director of Ecargo Holdings Limited on 9 April 2019 and resigned on 30 October 2019. Mr Lin completed his contract with BDO on 30 June 2020.

Ms Rathie has over 10 years of governance experience as a non-executive director of several not-for-profit organizations. Ms Rathie served for nearly seven years as the Partner in Charge of King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) Sydney in a 27-year career as Partner with the firm. As Partner in Charge at KWM, Ms Rathie worked as principal advisor to many companies in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) segment including leading Fortune 500 and ASX listed companies, such as Procter and Gamble, Nestle and Woolworths. She was honoured as the overall winner of the prestigious 'AFR 100 Women of Influence List' in the Board and Management category in 2019 and Intellectual Property Partner of the Year by Lawyers Weekly in the same year. More recently Ms Rathie was appointed as NSW Patron of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association. She is an Alumni Leader of UNSW Business School. She was admitted to practice in NSW in 1985, the High Court in 1986 and as an Attorney & Counsellor of the New York Bar in 1988.
