Dr Sexton has experience in the agricultural sector, having worked in senior positions with the Bureau of Agricultural Economics. Roger also has had experience overseas and in China and the Asia Pacific, as a result of trade and investment missions to the region for more than 30 years and from working on investment banking transactions in the region. Ms Hayman has over 20 years' experience in the food and beverage industry in Australia and overseas; and particularly in ingredients technology, functional foods and digital strategies. She has held senior positions with a number of global firms in this industry, including with Unilever, Yum Restaurants, George Weston and SunRice. As part of her executive career, Cheryl has held leadership roles in brand marketing, digital strategy and implementation and innovation, business management and ingredients technology. She has had International and Australian packaged goods and retail experience, with a particular focus on innovation in functional foods in the food and beverage industry. She has served as a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Clover Corporation Limited (2008-2020) and private company Houston's Farm (2016-2017) and is currently a Non-Executive Director of HGL Limited (ASX: HNG) and Shiro Holdings Limited (ASX: SHM). His commercial experience in the dairy industry has included both branded and commodity products within domestic and export markets. Prior to his career in the dairy industry, Neil held marketing and sales roles with companies including Lanes Biscuits, SPC, Heinz, Nabisco and Nicholas Kiwi.
