Mr McGarry spent eight years with Amalg Resources NL as a Managing Director and was responsible for the development of the Eloise Copper Mine in Queensland from 'bare paddock' to an underground mine producing 500,000 tpa of copper/gold ore. Mr McGarry has developed numerous mining projects across Australia.

Mr Greenhill advised the Board that he will not be seeking re-election at the 2020 Annual General Meeting and will retire from the Board effective from the beginning of the Shareholder Meeting. This was advised to the ASX on 21 July 2020.
