Mr Gregory (Greg) F P Jones

Mr Jones has more than 35 years of exploration and mine operation experience gained in a range of commodities within Australia and overseas. Greg has held senior management positions in a number of resource companies including Western Mining Corporation (WMC), Sino Gold Limited and CBH Limited. His technical and management experience includes activities from grass-roots exploration through to resource definition and new project generation, project assessment and acquisition, mine feasibility studies and mine operations. Whilst employed with WMC, Greg spent 3 years in North America including time in Nevada working at the Hog Ranch gold operation to the north of Reno. In addition, Greg has worked on a number of epithermal, volcanic-hosted gold deposits in Fiji and Australia that are broadly comparable in many aspects to the gold mineralisation found outcropping at Needles. Greg also has exploration experience and is involved in several economic mineral discoveries including the Blair nickel and Orion gold mines in Western Australia. Over the last decade Greg has served on a number of boards of ASX listed resource companies, in executive (including Managing Director) and non-executive positions. He is also Competent person as defined under the 2012 JORC code.

Mr Vincent John Paul Fayad

Mr Fayad has over 35 years' experience in corporate finance, international M&A, accounting and other advisory related services in Sydney-based mid-tier accounting firms and is the principal of his own firm Vince Fayad & Associates, providing accounting and advisory services. His experience ranges from provision corporate, accounting and secretarial services, together with commercial knowledge particularly, in the planning and execution and development strategies for projects as well as acquisition. Mr Fayad has ASX company experience, serving in roles including Executive Director, Company Secretary and CFO of Greenvale Energy (now Mining) Limited (ASX: GRV) and European Lithium Limited (ASX: EUR) (formerly known as East Coast Minerals). He has also served on other listed companies board in both executive and non-executive roles. In his previous role at Greenvale Mining, Vince has hold role both corporately and at a project level, as well as managing the acquisition of Knox Resources, a company who owned a prospective IOCG portfolio in the Georgina Basin, Northern Territory.

Mr Khouri is the founder and operator of a successful mechanical engineering business. He also has a range of corporate experience, having served as a director of Gun Capital Corporate Pty Ltd and Gun Capital Management Pty Ltd. Having served this role, Mr Khouri has a understanding of new market trends and sustainability issues. Mr Khouri is currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Mooter Media Limited (unlisted public company). Mr Khouri has been a Director of other listed entities.
