Mr Behets has over 30 years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry in Australia and internationally. He has had management experience and has been Director of a number of ASX-listed companies in the resources sector. He held management positions during a career with WMC Resources Limited. Mr Behets has skills and experience in exploration, mineral resource and ore reserve estimation, feasibility studies and operations across a range of commodities, including uranium, gold and base metals. He was previously a Member of the Australasian Joint Ore Reserve Committee (JORC). Mr Behets has also held directorships in Odyssey Energy Limited (Since August 2020) Constellation Resources Limited (Since June 2017), Equatorial Resources Limited (Since February 2016) and was a Director of Piedmont Lithium Limited (February 2017 - May 2018) and Cradle Resources Limited (May 2016 - July 2017).

Mr Welborn is a resource company director with relevant experience in the African region. Mr Welborn is currently Managing Director and CEO of Equatorial Resources Limited. Mr Welborn has operated in West and Central Africa, including the development and/or operation of mining projects in Mali, Cote D'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Senegal, Gabon, Cameroon and the Republic of Congo. Mr Welborn was recently the Managing Director and CEO of African focused gold producer Resolute Mining Limited for over five years.

Mr Neil Inwood

Mr Inwood has over 25 years' international experience in the exploration and mining industry, particularly in base metals, gold and speciality metals. He has had management, consulting, and venture capital experience, and was previously Managing Director of Berkut Minerals Limited, Executive Geologist with Verona Capital, Principal Resource Geologist with Coffey Mining, and spent nine years with Barrick Gold. Mr Inwood led the geological team that established the endowment of the Panda Hill Niobium Project in Tanzania, and most recently assisted Odyssey Gold Limited with their project acquisitions in the Murchison Goldfields of Western Australia.
