Mr Graeme Bevans

Mr Bevans has more than 25 years' experience in the global infrastructure sector, where he has completed the acquisition, development and management of 17 infrastructure businesses with a total enterprise value of over $40 billion. Prior to joining Atlas Arteria, Graeme was Founder and CEO of Annuity Infrastructure in the UK. He has also held senior roles globally, including as Head of Infrastructure at CPPIB in Canada, Partner at Alinda Capital Partners in the USA, and Head of Infrastructure Investment at IFM Investors in Australia. Graeme has overseen joint venture arrangements in global infrastructure both in Australia and abroad, particularly in Europe and the Americas. He has served as an active Director of 10 of those investee companies in Europe, Australia, North and South America.

Mr Conyers is Director of numerous companies in Bermuda and is the former Chief Executive Officer of First Bermuda Securities Limited. Jeffrey began his professional career as a stockbroker in Toronto and returned to Bermuda in 1985 to join the Bank of Bermuda. He is a Founding Executive Council Member and Deputy Chairman of the Bermuda Stock Exchange. Jeffrey has previously served on the Boards of MAp Airports International Limited and Intoll International Limited, parts of the previously Macquarie-managed and ASX-listed vehicles MAp Group and Intoll Group respectively. Mr Bartholomew serves on the Boards of Endeavour Energy (the NSW electricity distributor), Power & Water Corporation (the multi-utility owned by the NT Government), and Keolis Downer (provides public transport operation and maintenance services in Australia). Ms Barker was Chief Executive Officer of Scale Investors, a role she held from 2017. Before that she was General Manager, Products and Markets at JBWere in Melbourne which followed an extensive international career in investment banking at HSBC, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Ms Barker was educated in the US and France where two of Atlas Arteria's businesses are located and is a native French speaker. Ms Barker currently serves as a non-executive director and member of the Board Governance and Risk Committees of the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of IDP Education Limited and a member of the Investment Committee of the Murdoch Children's Research Institute. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Aspida Re (Bermuda) Ltd. Andrew has executive, financial, operational and capital market experience. In his executive career he was the founding CFO of several organisations, overseeing the development and growth of accounting, finance, treasury and investor relations departments. He has global M&A experience. While serving as the President and CFO of Harbor Point he structured its merger with Alterra Capital. Following the merger, he served as President of Alterra Bermuda prior to arranging its sale to the Markel Corporation. Most recently Andrew was the Chief Executive Officer of GreyCastle Life Reinsurance.
