Dr Reynolds is a CEO and Chairman with a board-leadership experience in technology and infrastructure enterprises. He was a member of the board at British Telecom from 2001-2007 and CEO of one of its businesses, BT Wholesale, where he led the network, global technology and many of its transformation programs. He was also CEO of Telecom New Zealand from 2007-2012. He is a past Director of Eircom (Dublin), eAccess (Tokyo) and former Chairman of AAPT (Sydney). Mr Phalen has over 30 years of experience in global banking and financial services. Kevin also has experience business development, payables automation, operations, and risk management in global financial services, banking, and technology. Most recently, as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Business Solutions at Visa International ("Visa"). Prior to this, he served nine years at Bank of America as Managing Director, where he led the Commercial Card, Prepaid Card and Comprehensive Payables business for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He also led the Public Sector Banking GTS coverage team and previously managed the Merchant business along with the trade and Supply Chain business. He is also appointed as the member of the Risk Committee of the 9SP.
